Martín era un hombre en situación de calle muy conocido en el centro de José C. Paz. Su refugio habitual eran las paradas de la línea 749 sobre Butler, donde pasaba gran parte de sus días y noches en su silla de ruedas.
Varias horas antes de que fuera hallado sin vida ya habían advertido que no se movía. Sin embargo, habría transcurrido un largo tiempo hasta que se dio aviso de la situación a la Policía .
Aunque las circunstancias deberán ser establecidas oficialmente, todo indica que las bajas temperaturas habrían jugado un papel determinante en su muerte. Martín fue encontrado tapado con sus pertenencias, en el mismo lugar donde buscaba resguardarse del frío.
En lo que va del año ya varias personas en situación de calle han perdido su vida , En Caba hay refugios , pero en el Gran Buenos Aires no hay lo que complica , si ves a una persona en situación de calle llamar al 108 en CABA .
